JHA Studio is a RIBA-chartered architecture practice based in London, led by director Joshua Heasman. We work across residential architecture — house extensions, full renovations, low energy retrofits, conservation area projects, listed buildings and new build homes.
Every project is led directly by Joshua from first brief through to final handover. We take on a small number of projects at a time to ensure that level of involvement is maintained throughout — across design, planning, technical coordination, procurement and construction.
We are ARB registered, AECB members, and have successfully obtained planning permission in conservation areas across multiple London boroughs including Islington, Hackney, Wandsworth, Greenwich, Haringey, Barnet and Southwark.
